Really should have done Week 2 Day 1 on Monday but I guess I’ll just have to do my push ups W Th F this week.
Stir fried rice, salad, and a glass of cranberry juice. Yum.
Also breakfast was one bowl of honey bunches of oats and a banana. I should probably switch to Cheerios since Its less sugary than the other.
I forgot to take a pic but it was sopa de pollo and half a pupusa. I should really plan out my meals instead of just go off the fly. Hmmm anywho buen provecho.
Reminder to self: remember to eat and not skip meals.
I will have a vegetarian/pescatarian (sp) 4 days a week. Su.Tu.Th.Sa.
I will in moderation have lean meat the other 3 days. Mo.We.Fr.
I am going to cut back heavily on reds and only allow myself to have a portion size once or twice (at max) a month.
